BILAZIN 20 mg (Bilastine 20 mg tablet) is a second-generation, non‑sedating antihistamine used once daily for relief of allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic urticaria (hives) in adults and adolescents aged ≥ 12 years .
It works by selectively blocking the peripheral histamine H₁ receptor to reduce symptoms like sneezing, runny or itchy nose, watery or red eyes, and skin rashes.
Take on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals or fruit juice); common side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea or dry mouth, and occasional drowsiness .
